Autoban

Seyhan Özdemir and Sefer Çağlar founded the Autoban design studio in 2003. Having met as students of Architecture and Interior Design at Mimar Sinan University, their collaboration ultimately reflected a desire to strengthen the Turkish design identity. Autoban is both an interior and industrial design firm– their projects range from creating retail and residential spaces, to partnering with De La Espada to produce a range of contemporary products. Their designs combine natural, organic materials, traditional craft, and modern forms– taking inspiration from the rich cultural heritage of their native Turkey.
