The well designed process
Initial Consult
Our design team meets with you to learn about your expectations and your vision for a well-designed space. We discuss the challenges of your current living space and aspects you would like to change, including color, texture and lighting.
Design Phase
During the design phase, we render three-dimensional digital models of your space and create concepts based on our discussions with you from the initial consult.
Presentation
When the initial design process is complete, we meet with you to present recommendations, including color, fabrics, and lighting. A typical presentation includes up to three concepts for each space. After the presentation, you receive electronic (PDF) versions so that you may review the designs at home.
Edit Concepts
Once you have reviewed the designs, we request feedback to help us edit the design concepts, working towards our final recommendations for a well designed space that suits you and your needs.
Final Recommendations
Once the designs have been approved, we manage the ordering process of your items, and provide free inside delivery of your order.
Fees
The fee for consultation and design is $750, which is waived
with your purchase of $750 or more. Purchases must be made within six months of the initial consult meeting.
