Visit Our Design Studio
Prior to the advent of the Internet, people used to have to talk face to face to complete a transaction. Remember that? We do. And we'd love to see you here at our design studio where you'll experience our products, see and feel fabrics and get to know us. For directions and hours, click here.

Order Online
Ordering online is often the fastest and easiest way to get your order to us. When you order online, you'll receive an automated order confirmation via email. Since stock levels are constantly changing, we will notify you as soon as possible if an item is backordered and when to expect delivery. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with pertinent information and tracking information, if applicable. Our online store is safe and secure. Call or Fax Us
If you can't make it to our studio and you require more personalized service than a computer can offer, please call us toll-free at 1.888.812.2778. You may also fax your order toll-free to 1.866.568.7679, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Please include an email and/or phone number where we can reach you.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Prices are subject to change in our studio and on our website. From time to time, there may be legitimate pricing errors on our site. We will work to correct these as soon as possible. Addo Novo reserves the right to refuse any sale due to a pricing error.

Returns and Replacements

We believe selecting furniture for your surroundings is an important decision. That's why we'll help you get acquainted with product specifications such as fabrics, dimensions and colors prior to your purchase. This process helps minimize returns and ensures your satisfaction.

Furniture
Most furniture that requires you to select a color, fabric or wood option may not be returned unless defective or damaged. If an item is received defective or damaged, please notify us by calling 1.888.812.2778 within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will do our best to replace the item as soon as possible. Addo Novo reserves the sole discretion to refuse any return.

Lighting, Ventless Fireplaces, and Accessories
For these items, we will process returns in the original method of payment up to 30 days from receipt of the item less any shipping charges. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Opened items are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. Addo Novo, Inc. is not responsible for any damages incurred while returns are in transit to us. We recommend insuring your returned items for full value.

Items returned after the 30-day period will be processed for credit on an Addo Novo Gift Card less any shipping charges.
