Prior to the advent of the Internet, people used to have to talk face to face to complete a transaction. Remember that? We do. And we'd love to see you here at our design studio where you'll experience our products, see and feel fabrics and get to know us. For directions and hours, click here.
Ordering online is often the fastest and easiest way to get your order to us. When you order online, you'll receive an automated order confirmation via email. Since stock levels are constantly changing, we will notify you as soon as possible if an item is backordered and when to expect delivery. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with pertinent information and tracking information, if applicable. Our online store is safe and secure. If you can't make it to our studio and you require more personalized service than a computer can offer, please call us toll-free at 1.888.812.2778. Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Prices are subject to change in our studio and on our website. From time to time, there may be legitimate pricing errors on our site. We will work to correct these as soon as possible. Addo Novo reserves the right to refuse any sale due to a pricing error.

Updating This Policy
Returns and Replacements
We believe selecting furniture for your surroundings is an important decision. That's why we'll help you get acquainted with product specifications such as fabrics, dimensions and colors prior to your purchase. This process helps minimize returns and ensures your satisfaction.
Most furniture that requires you to select a color, fabric or wood option may not be returned unless defective or damaged. If an item is received defective or damaged, please notify us by calling 1.888.812.2778 within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will do our best to replace the item as soon as possible. Addo Novo reserves the sole discretion to refuse any return.
Lighting, Ventless Fireplaces, and Accessories
For these items, we will process returns in the original method of payment up to 30 days from receipt of the item less any shipping charges. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Opened items are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. Addo Novo, Inc. is not responsible for any damages incurred while returns are in transit to us. We recommend insuring your returned items for full value.
Items returned after the 30-day period will be processed for credit on an Addo Novo Gift Card less any shipping charges.

Addo Novo reserves the sole discretion to refuse any return.
We offer several different delivery services and how we deliver items to you is often based on many factors including the size, weight, and point of origin of the product. In some cases, if your order contains more than one item, you may receive multiple shipments to complete your order. Look to individual product descriptions to learn more about delivery options.
We are required to charge 6.25% sales tax to shipments delivered in the state of Massachusetts. We do not charge sales tax to items shipped to other destinations.
We are able to ship many of our smaller items such as accessories, lighting, end tables, ventless fireplaces, and small chairs directly from our design studio in Boston, Massachusetts. Usually these products are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS and if in stock, are shipped on the same or next business day of your order.
Many of our larger products such as dining tables and sofas may be delivered to you curbside. For curbside delivery orders, the delivery driver will unload your order from the truck, but will not deliver the item over the threshold of your home. In most cases, the curbside delivery service will contact you prior to delivery to arrange an appointment. While curbside delivery is perhaps not the most convenient delivery service, it is often the fastest delivery service available for larger items.
We offer and recommend inside delivery of all oversized products such as sofas and tables. Our inside delivery service includes placement to your room of choice (up two flight of stairs — additional flights may incur an additional charge), unpacking of the item(s), and debris removal. Inside delivery includes simple assembly of your order. We are unable to install lighting or other products that must be affixed to walls or other structures. For Geneva Sound Systems, delivery does not include installation of your electronic components.
We generally quote lead times in regards to when your order ships from the factory or warehouse. Please allow additional transit time to reach your destination from the time your order ships.

Island Deliveries, Remote Deliveries
If you require delivery to an island property that is only reachable by marine transport or you live in remote area where deliveries are infrequent, special charges may apply. Please contact us at email@example.com or call us toll-free at 1.888.812.2778 to learn more.
Ship to store

Due to certain manufacturers' restrictions, we are unable to offer free shipping on some products. All Kartell items purchased through our website incur a 3 percent shipping surcharge while products by Gus* Modern incur a 5% delivery charge and Blu Dot, a 10% charge. All items shipped and picked up at our store will not incur these charges.
