Mirra® Chair

With its pliable, elastic TriFlex™ back, the Mirra® Chair supports your entire spine and conforms to size, posture and movements. Mirra automatically shapes itself to each user and a few simple adjustments fine-tune the fit and feel — making the chair a great choice for multiple users.

The one-piece, frameless backrest is a polymer pierced with 567 geometric shapes to create three flex zones. Each zone provides an appropriate level of flexibility for the right ergonomic support and natural adjustment. Mirra's durable material maintains its strength and responsiveness over many years.

The TriFlex backrest is pliable and elastic, effortlessly accommodating individual sizes, postures, and micromovements. The passive PostureFit feature keeps your lower back properly aligned, so that you stay relaxed and alert and don't slouch when you're leaning forward or working at a computer.

The AirWeave suspension seat distributes your body pressure evenly and keeps you cool. It adjusts itself as soon as you sit. The FlexFront seat edge ensures that there's never a gap between the seat and back - it adjusts the depth of the seat without moving the seat pan - so that spine support is always there for you.

The molded backrest is available in eight colors; seat available in 10.

Latitude Fabric

The back can be upholstered in foam-free Latitude fabric without adding bulk to the trim profile; Latitude is breathable and maintains the total support of the TriFlex back.

Earth-Friendly

Mirra is 96% recyclable and 42% of the chair material was derived from recycled resources. The chair adheres to the McDonough Braungart Design Chemistry (MBDC) Cradle to Cradle protocol. Mirra seating is MBDC Cradle to Cradle Gold or Silver certified. The Mirra Chair can also provide credits for LEED certification.

Mirra is Level 2 certified by the Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturers Association sustainability standard. The level conformance mark ensures a comprehensive, independent, and impartial assessment of the environmental and social impacts of a product.

Mirra is manufactured on a production line that utilizes 100-percent green power, 50 percent from wind turbines, and 50 percent from captured landfill off-gassing. No air or water emissions are released in Mirra’s production.

Warranty

The Mirra Chair comes with a 12-year, 3-shift warranty (a guarantee of 12 years structurally, five years on seat and back, and three years on the gas lift height adjustment and arm pads). The warranty covers standard elements and includes labor on all warranty work.

Your chair is built for you by Herman Miller in Zeeland, Michigan, and is delivered fully assembled.
